Important - All journal exporting must be done on the web-app and can not be done via the mobile apps
Individual Journal Entry Exports
1. From the main screen after logging in to app.juratinc.com, click "Journal"
2. Find the entry you'd like to export and click on it to open it.
Tip! There are 2 ways to export your entry information; exporting just a single document (IE the intefspousal transfer deed) or exporting the entire entry (including all documents associated with that entry)
3. To export a single document from the entry, scroll down and find the document you desire to export and click "Generate Document Report"
Alert: A new tab/window should open with the exported PDF. From there, you can download the PDF file
4. To export the entire entry, scroll to the bottom and click "Generate Signing Report"
Alert - A new tab/window should open with the exported PDF. From there, you can download the PDF file
Tip - You can also export an entire month of journal entries, or export based on a custom date range. This is useful for people who want to store a backup of their journals by exporting and saving a PDF file of their journal on a monthly basis.
BE AWARE - we only recommend exporting and storing your journal exports if you store them in a secure manner. Your journal is stored securely on our encrypted servers, but the exported PDF files are no longer under our control and we do NOT recommend exporting your journal entries if you are not confident in your ability to securely store them.
