This article will show you how to cancel an active subscription to The Notary eJournal. To find out what will happen to your journal entries when cancelling your account, please see this article here
It is important to note that all subscription cancellations must be initiated by the user themselves. There are a few acknowledgements to review when cancelling a subscription, therefore Jurat inc. does not cancel a subscription on behalf of a user and at their request
All subscription management happens on the web at app.juratinc.com. You can not manage your subscription via the mobile apps
How to cancel an active subscription
Log in to app.juratinc.com
Log in to app.juratinc.com and from the left navigation bar, find the "Subscriptions" section under the Billing tab
When canceling your subscription, your account will remain active and in good standing through the rest of your current billing cycle. For example if your billing cycle for a monthly subscription is the 10th of each month and you cancel your subscription on the 20th, your subscription will be active through the 10th of the following month, at which point your account will not longer be active.
Subscription dues are not refunded on a prorated basis. To view our refund policy, please read our terms of service
In the subscriptions tab, cancel your subscription
As seen in the picture below, you will find your current active subscription details towards the top, along with the option to cancel your subscription
Once you click 'cancel' there will be an important prompt to acknowledge before cancellation is complete.
