Managing payment methods

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to manage payment methods and set a default payment method in The Notary eJournal.

Note - managing your payment methods can only be done on the website, and not in the mobile apps

Logging in to the web-app

1. Log in to your account at app.juratinc.com

2. From the dashboard, click "Payment Method" from the navigation bar on the left.

Adding a new payment method

3. Any cards currently associated with your account will appear here. To add a new card, click "Add New Card"

4. Fill in the card details and click "Add Card"

Selecting a default payment method

5. To select a card as the default payment method, click this checkbox on the card

6. You will now see your default card selected and any active subscriptions will be associated with that card. This means that all future charges will be made to your default card.
