Oath Script Configuration

Oath & affirmation scripts are for quick access while performing a notarization, making it easy to remain compliant with potential state laws pertaining to how you give an oath/affirmation as a notary. These scripts are accessible from mobile & web. We provide boilerplate scripts that can be edited

3. Click "Oath/Affirmation Scripts"

4. Click "Edit" if you want to make changes to the script

5. Save any changes you make. Changes will immediately be synced across all devices

Official Statement Configuration

The official statement for your notary journal may or may not be required by your state law, but we find this optional field helpful to provide any notes or direction to any outside agent who may require access to your journal.

6. Click "Official Statement"

7. Click "Edit" to add or edit anything to your official statement

8. Save your additions and updates once you are finished

Journal Notes Configuration

Similar to the Official Statement section, we find a general notes section pertaining to your Notary eJournal a helpful option. While not required, it can provide any clarity regarding your journal. Examples include listing out any abbreviations you may use in your entries, or what should happen to this journal upon the event that you become incapacitated

9. Click "Journal Notes"

10. Click "Edit" to add or update any notes pertaining to your notary journal

11. Save any additions and updates once you are finished
